Hello! I’m excited to be joining the Sanchez Elementary family as a bilingual Pre-K3 teacher this year! Having grown up in Colombia, I’m passionate about sharing my love for the Spanish language and culture while creating a classroom where every child feels welcomed, supported, and excited to learn.

Hi! My name is Ms. K, and I’m excited to be joining the Sanchez community this school year as a Pre-K Teacher Assistant. I’ve been working in early childhood education since 2022, and I truly enjoy creating a caring, fun, and welcoming environment where little ones can learn, grow, and feel supported every day. I look forward to getting to know our students, families, and staff and making this a wonderful school year together!

Marah LeFranc

¡Hola a todos! I am excited to begin my 8th year with Austin ISD as a Pre-K Dual Language teacher. I am thrilled to embark on this new adventure and serve the wonderful Sanchez Elementary community this school year.

I am originally from the Rio Grande Valley and spent most of my life growing up along the Texas-Mexico border. My bilingual and bicultural background has inspired my passion for dual language education and helping young learners develop a love for both English and Spanish.

I strive to create a nurturing, engaging classroom where every child feels confident exploring both languages through hands-on learning, curiosity, and meaningful experiences. I look forward to partnering with our families to make this a fun, successful, and memorable school year!

Solange Santana Dominguez

My name is Solange, but everyone knows me as Ms. Sol. I love teaching; I have spent years working as a TA in Pre-K 3, but this year I will be in Pre-K 4.

Maria Reta Ortiz

Hi Sánchez community! I'm excited to continue teaching Prek4 this school year. I've been in education for 20 years, including the last 10 years with Austin ISD, teaching both Pre-K 3 and Pre-K 4. Early childhood is where my heart is, and I love helping our youngest learners grow through play and curiosity.

Ashley Nicole Vasquez

I am excited to continue serving as a Bilingual Teacher Assistant for the upcoming school year. I work with our PK4 students, helping create a fun, welcoming, and supportive learning environment where every child feels valued and encouraged to learn. I enjoy supporting our students academically and socially while helping them build confidence and develop a love for learning. I am looking forward to another wonderful school year filled with growth, learning, and making special memories with our students!
